If you want to become a surrogate mother, you must:
1. Age from 20 to 39 years
2. You must have a history of having your own child, giving birth naturally or by cesarean section
3. You must be healthy. You must not have had any oncological or mental illnesses in the last 1 year, or you or your close relatives must not have had or have had active tuberculosis, and you must not have been convicted. You must be aware that you have a double obligation to your own health and to the future new life. You must be attentive, conscientious, and highly responsible.
2. During the preparation of the surrogacy program, a legal internal agreement will be signed with you, and at the start of the surrogacy process itself, a notarial agreement will be signed between you and the potential parents. The agreement will define your obligations and rights in detail. In case of violation of the terms of the contract, the remuneration may be reduced, as well as legal liability.
3. Pregnancy planning, the entire pregnancy period and 1 month after childbirth, your health and pregnancy-related issues are organized by the doctor-reproductologist Maya Butskhrikidze.
3. The preparation period of the surrogacy program lasts from 3 to 6 months. This time is intended for the preparation of the endometrium and you may need to undergo a hysteroscopy.
4. LLC " My Angel Baby " will ensure that the surrogate mother receives the full remuneration provided for in the contract.
5. At the start of the surrogacy program, you will be reimbursed for travel expenses.
6. Your confidentiality will be protected, and you will also be required to protect the confidentiality of potential parents.
7.Your financial compensation for surrogacy is determined individually, taking into account your general health, experience in participating in the surrogacy program, your psychological stability and responsibility. After filling out a special questionnaire, an internal agreement will be signed between you and My Angel Baby LLC, which provides for legal and financial obligations in case of violation.
